Jim provided a great service! He was up front with pricing and arrived right on time. He came out to rekey 2 locks and quickly got the job done! I really appreciated his courtesy and thank him upon his effort!

I've recently bought a new house and wanted to rekey all the locks around the house. I called Houston Door & Lock and within 30 minutes, Josh was at my door. He was friendly and incredibly fast. What I believed was going to be a long and exhausting experience turned out to be very Peaceful and easy process. Once again thank you Josh!

It was almost midnight when I called Houston Door & Lock and they where very responsive. I spoke with Josh who said it will take him about 10-20 minutes to reach out. Josh was here after 15 minutes and had the door open in less than 2 minutes AMAZING!

Josh at Houston Door & Lock was incredibly helpful and came out quickly to my rescue when I after lost my car keys.  First he was able to open the car and I could sit in side inkstand of standing outside at the freezing cold evening then he was able to cut and program a new key fob tight there on the spot. His price was also very reasonable and he was absolutely awesome, thank you Josh!
