They were very responsive and easy to reach out, Jim was the technician who showed up, and he was exactly on time like they promised, Jim was highly professional and very helpful, he did a fantastic  job installing my new smart deadbolt lock and the price was very reasonable too, super friendly technician at a very reasonable price, totally recommend this guy and Houston Door & Lock!
