Jim was my locksmith, he was very communicative and answered my questions, very patient and totally clear about the price, he came over to install a new Encode Plus keypad Schlege smart deadbolt lock and did an amazing work, very easy to schedule an appointment and also very easy to del with, I am beyond satisfied and would definitely recommend  Jim and Houston Door & Lock to all of my friends!
