We had a break-in attempt into our store and needed the front door mortise lock changed urgently, Houston Door & Lock represented was very helpful, responsive ad communicated well. Mason their technician came out to help us within the hour, he quickly removed the damaged lock and made some adjustments within the door’s frame, then he installed the new lock and added 5 new keys. Mason was very professional and worked very fast, his price was fair and totally affordable, especially for an emergency call situation, highly recommend this company.
