It’s never happened to me, but as they say there’s always a first time, yesterday I accidentally locked myself out of my house and with the advice of my neighbor I called Houston Door & Lock. Kevin was the technician who came in about 20 minutes after I called, he was very calm and professional and unlocked the door quickly. Kevin charged me exactly what they quoted over the phone and I was very impressed with how quick and skilled he was, hopefully I wont need it, but if I do I would absolutely call them again for help.
