Eden was very nice when he rekeyed my entire house in about an hour and even fixed one of our doorknob that installed upside down with no extra charge. He gave me price over the phone and it was very reasonable with no surprise charges. In overall they did a great job and Im highly recommend Houston Door And Lock.
