I locked myself out of my apartment and Josh was literally a lifesaver! It was already late at night and started to rain when I came back home and fond out that I can’t find my keys. Josh from Houston Door & Lock arrived quickly, I believe it was 15 minutes from my initial call. He was super friendly and super fast and got my door open in no time. He was not damaging anything on the contrary he tried his best to avoid drilling the locks and worked hard until he was able to pick the locks. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend Houston Door and Lock and Josh specifically!
