We had an issue with locking our front door deadbolt. When James showed up he explained that the best solution is to rekey the lock and because we wanted all the locks to work with the same key he ended up rekeying the entire  house locks! He was done within an hour and a half and all the locks including the faulty deadbolt were working as good as new!
