We just had a wonderful experience with James, from the start when he called us back to set up the appointment his communication was excellent, he was friendly and was able to come right a way. When he arrived he assessed which locks needed to be replaced and which one only needs to be rekeyed and came up with a great offer. He did a great job and clean up after he was done, 5 STARs service and we will use him for all our business lock and key needs.
