After locking myself out of my home I contacted multiple locksmiths for help. Houston Door & Lock was the fastest to respond and was the only company that were committed for a 30 minutes response time. ETA was even less than 30 min!!! Let me tell you If you ever need a lockout service you should definitely call them first!!!

Overall the service was very professional, the technician was honest and I was reasonably priced! They made a new key for my 2019 Toyota Rav4 in less than 30 minutes and it works perfectly. Thanks!

They picked up the phone quickly when I locked my self out of my apartment early in the morning. Jimmy came over within half an hour, exactly like they said he would and it took him maybe 5 minutes at most to open the door. Jimmy was very personable and made sure I had a spare key before he left. I have only good words for them and would highly recommend!

I totally understand why this company have all their reviews with 5 stars, I called them early in the morning and they showed up within 30 min and only charged me $120 for emergency car door unlock, I tried to tip the technician but he refused to accept it. Outstanding service Thanks again.

Josh came out late at night to assist me after I got lock out because I broke my key inside the lock. My key was already old, bent and worn out and I was struggling with it each time I've used it for the last couple of weeks. Finally it happened and I had to face the consequences. Josh arrived within the 30mins ETA and was very friendly and professional, he quickly drilled the lock, replace it with a new one and rekeyed the doorknob to match the same new key. Outstanding and very professional work at a very reasonable price, highly recommend Josh to all.
