Our smart lock stop working beacus low battery so I called Houston Door & Lock. They dispatched technician who arrived after 30 mins. He was nice and helped me back to the house in 7 mins. Thank you guys for great service.

They picked up the phone quickly when I locked my self out of my apartment early in the morning. Jimmy came over within half an hour, exactly like they said he would and it took him maybe 5 minutes at most to open the door. Jimmy was very personable and made sure I had a spare key before he left. I have only good words for them and would highly recommend!

Fantastic work at a totally reasonable price, we hired them to replace our old front door lock and handle with a new Baldwin set we bought from Lowe's hardware store. They communicated well, got here on time and did an excellent job, absolutely recommend and definitely call them first the next time I need a locksmith.
