Houston Door & Lock came to save me and my girl friend when we were locked out of my car !! We went out from a movie on a Saturday night and realized that the key is inside the ignition and the car is locked. We were getting nervous when our 2 first tries went with out a response, but when a Houston Door & Lock representative answered our call we were really relieved. James their friendly technician was able to come and help us within 20 minutes later and in less than 2 minutes the car was open. We will definitely recommend them to all of our friends.

I forgot the code to my home safe and couldn’t get it open. I got really nervous because my passport was in it and I had to leave to the airport the next day, to my big surprise Kevin was able to come within an hour and he handled it like a pro. He managed to open the safe without wrecking it and even reset the combination for me. Kevin was very easy to deal with and the price he charged was absolutely fair, would highly recommend without hesitation, thank you Kevin!
