Jim fit me in right away to his schedule and an hour later he showed up. He was very polite and very friendly. He got the job done in less than an hour. This company is rare and exceptional in their field - Highly Recommended!

Some didn't want to quote a price over the phone and other were more expensive. Made an appointment and James was at my place 5 minutes earlier!! Josh installed a Schlage keypad smart lock on my front door and I'm very happy with the result. He arrived within the time frame window they promised, he was very friendly and polite, he walked me through the entire installation and taught me how to configure its app as well. I usually don’t write reviews, but this had to be one of the greatest and fastest locksmithing experience I’ve ever had, the technician serviced me was Mason, he was super fast, super friendly and with great knowledge, he made new key fob for my 2019 Jeep Cherokee, cutting and programming, and it works just like magic, but what made it all so great was the price he charged, which was cheaper than all other places I called less than 50% of the local dealer's price, would absolutely recommend Houston Door & Lock and Mason in particular. 

Kevin arrived exactly at 5PM at my work parking lot as scheduled, he made me a new key fob for my 2017 Infiniti QX30 right there on the spot, super fast, precise and totally professional, price was way better than the dealer's quote and Kevin was super kind and friendly, totally recommend this place!
