I lost my car key fob at a big car auction event and Chris came out super fast and made me a new one on the spot. It took him about 20 minutes total, which I'm sure is fast in any scale for making a key from scratch. Chris was friendly and charged me a fair price, not the cheapest one around but much cheaper than the dealer and more responsive and quick than all the rest, thanks again Chris.

We came back home from a vacation and fount out we are locked out of our house on the weekend. The first business I called didn’t  answer and we called Houston Door and Lock they answered after the 3 rings. They  gave me an ETA of 20 mins and updated me every 5 min with SMS. Jeff the technician was amazing and open the door within a 4 mins and even made me extra spare key. Highly recommend.
