We lost our RV keys, and Henry from Houston Door & Lock came over quickly and saved the day, first he picked the lock and open the door, then after he got the VIN number he quickly made us two new keys tight there on the spot and got us back on the road in no time. the service was phenomenal and the price was totally affordable, thank you so much Houston Door & Lock and thank you Henry for being such a great guy.

We had an issue with the main door mortise lock not turning properly at our office and James arrived at 7am the next like we agreed, he was very professional and efficient, he quickly found what was the problem and fixed it, his price was totally fair and quoted upfront and we would absolutely recommend him for any commercial lock repair job, excellent service highly appreciated!

I lost my car key fob at a big car auction event and Chris came out super fast and made me a new one on the spot. It took him about 20 minutes total, which I'm sure is fast in any scale for making a key from scratch. Chris was friendly and charged me a fair price, not the cheapest one around but much cheaper than the dealer and more responsive and quick than all the rest, thanks again Chris.

We came back home from a vacation and fount out we are locked out of our house on the weekend. The first business I called didn’t  answer and we called Houston Door and Lock they answered after the 3 rings. They  gave me an ETA of 20 mins and updated me every 5 min with SMS. Jeff the technician was amazing and open the door within a 4 mins and even made me extra spare key. Highly recommend.
