Josh came out and installed a reinforcement plate on my back door after the deadbolt got a little bit loose, he did a fantastic job adjusting the alignment so the deadbolt could engage much easily, the difference is huge and now the door feels stronger and safer, I am very pleased with the work and highly recommend this company.
