I called Houston Door & Lock today because my front door deadbolt lock got stuck and wouldn’t turn, James was sent right away to help me and showed up within 15 minutes, he was very efficient and useful, he never pushed unnecessary extras and never once tried to upsell me into replacing the lock and totally managed to fix it, I’m definitely be coming if I’ll ever need a locksmith, thanks again James!
