I was locked out late at night and called Houston Door & Lock for help, Jim called me back right away and said he could be there in 20 minutes and he was! Great guy, very polite and very skilled, he worked quickly to get me back inside and did it without causing any damages to either the lock or the door, I really appreciated the fast and honest service and would definitely recommend Jim to y’all.
