I called Houston Door & Lock because my key broke off inside my front door deadbolt. The was already worn out but I was lazy to go and replace it. Tonight when I came back from work I probably used too much force when I tried to turn the key and it snapped. Jim was the technician who they sent to help me and he arrived within the 30minutes timeframe. He quoted a reasonable price and quickly drilled the lock and replace it. Highly recommend to anyone who needs special locksmith service at a very god prices!

Great communication with this business. I scheduled appointment to rekey my new house and the technician called on the day and asked if he could come a little early from the time. Ben the technician not only rekeyed the locks, he also made some adjustments to the lock handles. Very good experience and I would highly recommend this company and for sure we'll use them again.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Oliver from Houston Door & Lock, I had a problem with my front door deadbolt lock and Oliver showed up quickly and offered to replace it at a very good price, he also rekey the lock to match it with my existing key and made me two new key copies right there on the spot, excellent service would absolutely recommend this business.

Mason came to my store and did an excellent job changing two faulty lever handles and installing ANSI grade 2 commercial duty cylindrical lever lockset handles instead, Mason did a fantastic job, was totally respectful and very friendly,  totally reasonable priced and very professional job, I'm keeping his number for any necessary repairs in the future and recommend him to y'all.
