Amazing experience all the way around. Made an appointment a day days before, Jim, the technician gave me a heads up call when he was on his way! He showed up on time. He was done in a very quickly, professionally and reasonably price. I had five locks rekeyed. Thank you very much Houston Door & Lock!

Last night we got locked out of our apartment and James from Houston Door & Lock was able to come right away. He was nice and friendly, a true gentleman, he managed to get us back in less than 5 minutes. Very polite. Obviously experienced. Would call again and highly recommend.

Literally Jim was at my house 10 minutes after I called, very kind and very friendly, He did an excellent work replacing an old rusty deadbolt lock at a great price and I couldn't be happier! Thank you!

These guys are very professional and I would definitely recommend them! I lost the keys for both my car and my apartment and Josh from Houston Door & Lock came to the rescue! First he came to see me at my work where my car was parking and within 30 minutes made new fob key to my 2016 Mazda 3. Then he followed me back to my home and quickly opened the door, so within in an hour all my troubles were gone! Can't say enough good words about Josh who literally saved my day! Thanks again guys!
