I called Houston Door & Lock because my key broke off inside my front door deadbolt. The was already worn out but I was lazy to go and replace it. Tonight when I came back from work I probably used too much force when I tried to turn the key and it snapped. Jim was the technician who they sent to help me and he arrived within the 30minutes timeframe. He quoted a reasonable price and quickly drilled the lock and replace it.
