It's never happened to me, but as they say there's always a first time, yesterday I accidentally locked myself out of my house and with the advice of my neighbor I called Houston Door & Lock. Kevin was the technician who came in about 20 minutes after I called, he was very calm and professional and unlocked the door quickly. Kevin charged me exactly what they quoted over the phone and I was very impressed with how quick and skilled he was, hopefully I wont need it, but if I do I would absolutely call them again for help.

They got the job done quickly and fixed my front door deadbolt without changing it, so only for that I'll give them five stars, price was very good too and not expensive at all, thanks guys I'll definitely use your services again!
